Spite also brought up another creator who reached out to her about their experience with me, and I can only assume it’s NyanTales. They are an ASMRtist who at one point posted a hellhound oc for one of their upcoming ASMR videos, and it was undoubtedly created using me as a reference. This was right after my debut, and like I said, I was very protective of my design elements being unique to me and I overreacted. Shortly after, I apologized and they agreed to adjust the character design and I thought the matter was settled.

Jesus I guess I'm gullible cause I thought this was the best apology she could do she owns up on a lot and admits to being an insecure bitch to spite and silver. The only things she denies are Red shit talking her friends and former commissioners. She knows she has no right to try and talk to any of the affected privately and opts to publicly apologize individually in the doc. She seemingly knows that those friendships are over. Honestly I can buy her bf being a ruthless business man and Sinder being stupid enough not ensure oversight on everything he did

In addition to all the "my boyfriend!" excuses that everyone has already pointed out, there were a lot of "I'm sorry you felt that way" types of apologies in there. So in total there were probably less than 5 actual acknowledgements of wrongdoings with actual apologies. About what was expected I guess.

Sinder debuts as a vtuber with a Nano model, one which bears a passing resemblence to Silvervale at the time. Sinder gets legit one-guyed by this comparison and is super insecure over it. She/her manager (who is revealed to be her boyfriend) eventually gets the idea to do a collab with Silver to settle the whole thing and profit from her audience, but Silver says no because she recognised it was for a grift and called it out by saying she didn't want transactional relationships. This turns Sinder's insecurity into an actual grudge.
Sinder/her manager start trying to fuck over Silver in private by paying off Nano to drag out and postpone her art projects, resulting in an upcoming model for Silver getting cancelled. Having done it with Silver, Sinder then starts using the same tactics to try and fuck over other vtubers big enough to compete with her like Bao. She does it too much to too many different vtubers that they start catching on, compare notes, and presumably after confronting Nano for the DMs as hard proof you get all the google docs.
There's a bunch of other shit in there like Sinder e-cheating with her boyfriend/manager, or ripping off assets and designs from others, but that's the main complaint. A bunch of vtubers, supposed friends even, getting their business sabotaged by Sinder in one prolonged woman moment of spite and projecting her own issues onto others. Sinder's trying to push all blame onto the manager going rogue but no-one's buying it due to the time spanned & the fact he's her long-term boyfriend.
