The only things she denies are Red shit talking her friends and former commissioners. She knows she has no right to try and talk to any of the affected privately and opts to publicly apologize individually in the doc. She seemingly knows that those friendships are over. Honestly I can buy her bf being a ruthless business man and Sinder being stupid enough not ensure oversight on everything he did

There is zero accountability while also straight up lying about not knowing things even though they were either mentioned directly to her or she was part of the conversation.

Throwing the BF/Manager out as a sacrificial lamb to tank as much bad rep as possible makes a certain amount of sense from a business pov, enough that I'd believe it could be agreed on between them. He's a non-entity in terms of the brand, a behind-the-scenes actor with no real need to keep appearances or appeal to an audience. Only Sinder's ability to appeal to the audience is what actually has monetary consequences. All he has to do by comparison is drop the account and move on to effectively get off Scot-free. He could even still work for Sinder in some ways so long as he avoids people who know him personally figuring out what account relates to which employee.
