So there was talk about a company-wide meeting this last weekend, rrats say it was to finally settle whatever the "restructuring" is.
Kanna and Daiya have zatsu streams during next weekend, which some speculate are to break whichever the news are to their audiences.
Edit: Chiaki is also doing an unspecified stream on Saturday, and Chio is playing Dino Crisis on Sunday, which is raising some rrats too.

Kanna certainly giving out good signals, no point in talking about future plans specifically with her current IP if the meeting was bad news. And if it does mean the "restructuring" is over, it couldn't have come a day too soon given what's been happening

Raki also talked about in her member stream last night that “all will be clear soon,” but didn’t seem in a particularly positive mood about it.
Tbh Raki has been in a pretty bad headspace lately. She's under a lot of stress both from this and her classes (and midterms), plus stuff that happened over Friday/ the weekend that was pretty heavy, it's likely that's a large part of the reason for her not being in a positive mood. Good news don't automatically cancel out having been put through the ringer in past weeks, especially for someone that has as bad brainworms as Raki has, girl needs to learn to give herself credit.
Yeah, Raki is a sweetheart. I want to see her be able to thrive.
I think Kanna has been the most quiet in PL / alts. Should wait to see if any of the ones that were going all in on getting a new models seem to change gears too.
She was also nearly completely quiet while on VRev but was the first to leave by a good 3 weeks when the longest time between graduations was 4 months and the bulk of Gen 2 left in march. While I agree with your point I think you're putting too much stock on her lack of PL activity to completely discount her as a source personally.
Now something more concerning is this not-Miuna post that seems to be showing the same sentiment discount dd mentioned of Raki of not being overly positive despite solid suspicion this will be over soon.
As someone other than me pointed out elsewhere, no reason to be sad after hard work unless it did didn't work out the way she hoped it would. And not-Raki present in the replies.

Miuna just cancelled a members stream, and announced she's going guerilla for the rest of the week IF she streams at all, and that she'll be quiet for the rest of the week too, likely meaning on Twitter. She mentioned a lot going on and that she dosen't think she can give a proper stream.

I'm not sure if it would be even possible for her to walk it back without pissing some of her paypigs off. Or perhaps it's the other way around and the kind of guy who drops four figures on you is impossible to get rid of.

And on the matter of Nebi, the fact she's followed by none of the alts of the others Pixel girls (including her ex-genmates) when the rest of basically everyone that has an alt, even largely inactive alts like LunaKat (Chiaki), are all both following each other and being followed by alts of other corpos, and indie friends, and the fact it's been 10 months and she's STILL vauge-posting with nothinhg concrete dosen't inspire me with confidence she has much of anything to say that's worth listening to.
Twitter is limiting how many followers I can see, but looking at what it does let me I largely see a few fans I recognize, a few artists, and a couple VTubers that are either in pre-debut, in hiatus, and/or have sub 50 views total on streams, and stream exclusively on Twitch.
There was a single one that was mildly successful and had over 20k followers on Twitch and decently good video viewership ranges (800-2000), but that seems a little off to me, since it seems most streams can only be viewed by subs.... yet Twitch Tracker and a few contextual clues on Twitch itself let you know they have 0 subs. And their reported max viewership was of 127, with an average CCV 67.5, those numbers just don't seem realistic, especially the higher ranges of 1800 and above.
Their Youtube, despite seeming to have roughly the same VODs, but missing a small amount, has a significantly lower 3.44k subs, and sub 200 views in all streams compared to 1000 on Twitch steams, so make of that what you will, but the numbers Twitch-side seem a little off to me.
