This can mean one of two things: one, that the staff member who liaises with the vtubers scheduled as guests is willing to lie through his teeth to cover for corrupt staff members, or two, that none of the staff members know what the others are doing. Neither of these possibilities inspire any kind of confidence in any of the people involved.
