Yes Bint, I'm sure the insane Japanese Idol-fags who ran NYFCO were totally going to the somewhat obscure Vtuber thread on Kiwifarms to get their doxes on Japanese Vtubers. No one was ever doxed before Kiwifarms and 4chan existed, no one ever accidentally leaked a email on stream, no one ever put two and two together and thought "Huh, that Vtuber sounds a lot like this other streamer I watched before.", that never happened before Null made the forum.
Trying to downplay Nijisanji fans who harassed talents in one breath, but then turning around and trying to draw a link between Kiwifarms, 4chan, and NYFCO to say "actually Kiwifarms and 4chan is worse" is insanity.
What's more, the Kiwifarms Virtual YouTuber thread doesn't even contain any of the information posted on NYFCO, and 4chan boards dedicated to VTubers outright ban the posting of that kind of information.
I'm willing to concede that there has probably been cases of posts on Kiwi being used for information on NYFCO, probably not in any way you can actually track, but I'm sure its happened at least once (and vice versa). And /VT/ banning powerlevel info doesn't mean it doesn't spread there either. I take issue with Bint trying to paint the Kiwifarms Vtuber thread as worse than Nyfco.
Kiwifarm's site culture directly discourages people from tipping the cow, and those who do are shamed by others and in the worst cases have moderation action taken against them. We've seen time and time again that when some tard uses info posted on Kiwi to try and stir shit they are almost always shouted down and thought less of for doing it. Nyfco as a site was dedicated to hosting and sharing information about Vtubers for the sake of people who will use said info to go after those Vtubers. Kiwifarms has had cases of people using info on it to fuck with people, but that isn't the point of the site, people who do that are rightfully frowned upon and attacked for their retardation.
Don't forget that neither the KF thread, 4chins or us put on airs of being morally better than other vtuber discussion areas. When NYFCO got shuttered and they came to 4chan, you could instantly tell who was from there based on the holier than thou snippy way they posted. I wonder what could management not like about Aia that they don't try to help her at all. Why do they favor other talents so much when they're lazy or just plain hazardous.
