i suspect more and more every day that doing that was an exception why stay otherwise putting aside the clique putting aside the favoritism there is no benefit to staying but they do anyway .

As I recall it was all brought about how she intro'd herself and then started those character creation streams.

Aia is one of those talents that gave me a really shit first impression with the shit she pulled in her debut but eventually she seems to have toned it down. She does have a very fun and chill personality and I really started enjoying her chatting streams. Girl is a fucking dork and when she starts nerding out about D&D and shit its honestly great to see.
She has a known PL but just like most of Iluna she got picked up because she had an IRL YT channel with over 100k subs. I feel like her not wanting to bail is part of that. She doesnt really have an established PL as a Vtuber and she is probably scared of starting a new account from scratch to do Vtubing. From what I remember she used to talk about makeup n shit and cosplay. At this point her PL account is mostly dead due to not really uploading content in 2.5 years.
When Niji royally fucked up last year she basically made it clear that she just did her own thing and was not part of the clique. She also implied that she had a full-time job and she would do this on the side, do her 2 hours or so a day and then pop off and not get too involved in all of the stupid shit.
Guessing this is why she is being cast aside.
That is every single NijiEN talent. They fear the troon backlash if they dont act like this and to a certain extent I don't really blame them for it at this point.
I remember reading somewhere that Aia had toned shit down because she was warned against going into that shit. I might be misremembering things but I remember hearing that it was Nina that advised her aginst it (since Nina dealt with that shit in her PL and it made her misserable).
Aia if by any chance you read this, just bounce. Fuck that place. You are friends with people that can help push out and promote your new account. At this point you have more to gain than to lose by leaving NijiEN which seems to be a sinking ship and doesn't seem to be getting better anytime soon. You don't owe these people anything so don't let them shame you into staying. Chances are that you will have around the same viewers if not a bit more because you don't have to deal with the black shit stain of your company (which actively harmed your viewership, support and income revenue).
Work on your new model, work on your new channel. And once that shit is done, BOUNCE THE FUCK OUT.
