DEEPL (with a bit of editing):
【Report on the background of infringement of the rights of our company's livers by an outside creator】
Thank you very much for your continued support of the virtual liver groups [NIJISANJI] and [NIJISANJI EN].
On September 2, 2024, an outside creator (hereinafter referred to as the “Subject”) secretly photographed the appearance of a person who is believed to be a member of our company's livers, and the photograph was sent to a third party without permission in a manner that infringed the rights of the person in the photograph, who is a member of our company's livers (hereinafter referred to as “this case”).

We are taking legal action in cooperation with law firms, the police, and other organizations.
Since September 2, 2024, when we made the above report, we have also asked several times for your cooperation in preventing secondary damage to the Company's livers who have been affected by this incident, and to stop the spread of baseless and false information.
However, we have confirmed that, to date, there have been posts on Internet bulletin boards and various SNS sites that ridicule our company's members in a manner that encourages secondary damage to our company's affected livers, or that assert that a specific liver is the victim in this case based on baseless and false information. We have confirmed that there have been such postings.
As we have previously announced, we have initiated various legal claims, including a request for disclosure of sender's information, in cooperation with our company's affiliated Lifers and a law firm, with regard to these acts that promote secondary damage to our company's livers. We are pleased to report that we have initiated various legal claims, including a request for disclosure of sender's information.
We will not tolerate any actions that go beyond the realm of commentary and encourage secondary damage to our livers who have been victimized by this incident.
We ask that you continue to cooperate in preventing secondary damage to our livers, and strictly refrain from spreading baseless and false information (including expressions that make definitive statements about the damage or the victim based on information with unclear basis).
We would like to add that, as a result of interviews with related parties and fact-finding investigations, it is clear that the acts of infringement referred to in the YouTube videos of outside influencers related to this case were not directed only at one of our company's livers, and that there are multiple victims of this case, regardless of whether they are our company's artists or not.
Please contact ANYCOLOR at
