Anyone know if they were ever following Mint in the first place? I want to know if this :baeJam:actually bites.
Doppio still following her is true but that means nothing for the others.

I have no clue what its called, but have seen it posted here: there's something that allows you to check things like follow history on twitter. If you use that maybe you could confirm or deconfirm it

She can always join her friend Kotoka in not streaming for who the fuck knows what reason for a year. People who didn't leave as soon as possible when the shitshow started to unravel just can't leave at this point. No one is going to buy them not being involved and their remaining fans will see it as a betrayal. Perfect working conditions that Nijisanji has always envisioned
Let's not condemn most of the livers still with Nijisanji EN at the end of 2024. They're working under multi-year contracts with severe clauses for breaking the contract, and livers might not be in a position where they simply cannot choose not to work or deal with monetary fines. There are a few that will have the ire of fans even if they tried to leave, like Elira or Vox, but I think most talents would get a lot of support after leaving Nijisanji.

I also don't think it is reasonable to expect people that probably had nothing to do with the drama to leave if they are reliant on Nijisanji to pay their bills. It is entirely possible they could go back to indie and be fine, but it is still a risk they don't necessarily need to take.

Sonny and Alban: safe cause mouths shut
I think Sonny would end up in a much messier situation outside of Nijisanji than in it. Right now he just kind of blends in with the crowd which lets him do his thing relatively undisturbed, but if his graduation caused any kind of drama at all someone would look into his history, find out about the time he faked his death, and make as much noise as they can about it.

I wouldn't look too far into social media followings, remember that their managers and likely various higher-up staff have access to their accounts, so it's hard to tell if any petty unfollowings come from the streamers themselves or not.

It would be really funny if he faked his death again to get out of his NijiEN contract.

An interesting slight counterpoint, but Zaion already seemingly managed to get some of her story out via lawyer in the "One girl's story" document
I think if anyone were to also go scorched earth that could be an interesting possibility
Zaion got away with it because she struck first and fast any other talent that tries that would have to roll against nijisanjis incompetence.

I think he was the TF2 youtuber that faked his death with cancer before joining Nijisanji. Wouldn't it be easier to tell the people that his cancer is in remission than faking your death?
