You are technically second biggest company in EN vtubing and you have fairly popular people who just straight up admit to being so broke that they had to do it. And it was before the Selengate too. Also the reason she was so broke is they didn't pay for anything when she had to fly to Japan twice the same month for work. It's less "she is totally in the clique" and more "they completely gaslighted her and made sure she has no options"

Ignoring the dokibird in the room, 5 graduations including 66% of their 2nd most recent gen really isnt that good of a metric, individual 3D debuts were probably the only high part for the remaining userbase since the 3d concert itself was mediocre and all the cancellations actually pissed off the dedicated fans.

I want some of that copium some of these people huff on a daily basis, sounds like a powerful thing for when things go tits up. We'll stand to see if 2025 actually treats NijiEN well or if its still slowly crumbling.


It wasnt even a calm month for NijiEN, Aster has been MIA since a retweet for a Nov 13th post besides his apperance in that singing event with Finana and Twisty only had scant tweets and token apperances at a random event. Aster also has had very publicized accusations of being a sex pest, unprecedented for a major EN corpo vtuber, which Niji agreed it was investigating, alongside Twisty's own leaks.

I have a feeling that this clip will age very poorly (it was already rancid when it dropped). It checks out with Niji EN's overall strategy for the past year which has basically been some shock and awe type of shit - spamming new projects, original songs, and 3D lives, while completely ignoring everything that was happening externally. It has worked really well with existing Niji fans but hasn't helped at all to rehabilitate the company in the West.

Livers I think can escape unscathed

1. Petra and Rosemi: both have kept their mouths shut so I think they are safe plus Tara vouches for Rosemi as the only one she still talks to which is a condemnation on Ethyria if I'm a betting man
2. Shu the only remaining Luxiem member untainted by virtue of keeping his mouth shut
3. Sonny and Alban: safe cause mouths shut
4. Fulgur: safe because he has spoken positively about Selen post termination
5. Maria and Aia: safe cause mouths shut
6. Scarle: hearted the kurosanji comment, accident or not that has gotten her in the good graces of Anti-Nijis,
7. Ren: spoke out against doxing Sayu so he is good in the eyes of Sincroknights
8. Doppio: the only Xsoleil member not to dogpile Zaion in any way so he's safe
9. Zali and Vanta I think have kept their mouths shut so they are safe
10. Denauth have all kept their mouths shut except for Twisty who obviously trashed the company practices and outed Aster so they are safe

Do note that Shu is a Hanamori hire, that could factor into things.
