After getting sent back in time to see what this Twisty/Aster business is all about, all I come out of it is Finana's got a certain future as a "massage therapist" and that a shocking amount of you have no sense of adventure for prodding minefields.

To expand on what I tweeted about this:
So they will investigate:
1. Sexual harassment (by Aster).
2. Leaking info (by Twisty).
The thing is that management at some level has known about Aster making girls feel uncomfortable (I'm not sure if it crosses into sexual harassment but I guess we could call it that as a shorthand) since at least the stream they made him and Scarle do together at gunpoint. What is there to investigate about that? What new discoveries will be made? The only new thing here from Niji management's perspective is Twisty having the conversation about it which would end up getting leaked. If the third-party investigator is truly independent, there's a chance they'll have the balls to say something like "management fucked up here because they knew there was a problem and didn't sufficiently act on it."
So, in my opinion, all of Aster, at least one manager, and Twisty have all done things warranting termination, in that order chronologically, but it's kind of unfortunate that Twisty putting herself in this situation might be the only way that Aster's harassment will come to an end and the other girls will feel more safe.
Let's just hope Twisty doesn't take her December surprise as poorly as Selen did. Twisty, if by some chance your'e reading this… it gets better, kid. If this ends with Niji kicking to the curb, you can bounce back happier and wealthier just like so many before you.
Aster, if you're reading this, fall on your sword and quit, then use your new free time to re-evaluate how you treat women.
If Twisty gets terminated, I hope Scarle goes scorched-earth on Niji and walks out. Since we had those screenshot leaks, she could play the sexual harassment card and get some good PR on the way out. Pretty sure Scarle fans are basically isolated compared to the rest of the ILUNA fanbase, and I'm sure the coomers will follow her. Considering how much she pulls in per stream, this might accelerate folding EN into the greater Niji blob.
I mean, that'd be unironically good for Twisty and just punishment for the men, so that seems fine to me.

So her family looks like this, dad's half black, mom is full white and her character looks like that.
Unironically twisty being taken out back a put down is easily the best thing that can happen for her career at the moment. Unless mountains of evidence comes out to prove objectively that she was lying she would probably come out of the this with at least quadruple the viewership.
Nijigen Expo has quite a number of NijiEN events for December. I went to check out the opening of an Animate outlet at LaLaport in Kuala Lumpur earlier today and as it happens there was also a NijiEN collab cafe next door.
Everything in the store looks pretty nice and they sold food and merch featuring Ver, Maria, Enna, Finana, Millie and Sonny. Funny thing is that if this was setup a year ago I would have supported them.
Also, Ver and Maria made an appearance at Nijigen last weekend and next weekend will see Denauth making an appearance.
If Twisty does get terminated in the next week or so it’ll pretty much fuck up this event. Let’s see but I don’t have a good feeling about it.

Wouldn't be the first time. They were also supposed to sell PC cases at the event and even put their booths together, only for Selengate to happen and instead have free Doki advertisement right next to them
