Im kinda disappointed in them, a lot of hardcore niji fans have been there since at least 2021. They should know that a lot of vtubers especially on the jp side don't have any issues with loli/shota. I expected them to at least give a big middle finger to the anti loli crowd but instead they're just in denial.

Most of the nijisisters that likely comes from the older day likely only focuses on the talent they SPECIFICALLY liked while giving the rest cold shoulder. So it might make some sense that some of them probably doesn't know Chigusa is a unabashed shotacon because well, they don't follow this blue haired dumb bitch, so why should they care?
This is especially true if the organs that they liked as oshiis rarely collabed or interact to the talents that they ignored except on big stuff, so there's a distinct lack of wanting to understand or learn about other organs due to variety of excuses.

I sadly dont have the time to comb over Holo content, but have Holos ever had issues while streaming from COVER's offices? I know FWMC used them pretty often after they moved to Japan.

I hadn't thought about it, but Niji Encounter is the perfect way to hold livers hostage and unable to graduate for as long as possible. Considering ongoing/upcoming projects (as contractual obligations) is one of the things Niji will use to deny/delay graduations, something like this can basically ensure that nobody can leave once they are chosen to make a song.

Sapling here, I don't watch very much JP content but last summer when all of EN was in Japan for over a month doing company-wide 3D collab events I didn't notice any issues.
At least, other than Mocopi being absolute shit even in the motherland.
Holos have gone over to COOK several times at the studio. Two times I remember clearly are Promise cake making and Calli+Raora pizza time.
Cooking was a special event (and so was the Elira birthday) but i just wanted to ask so i can refresh my memory that Holo talent often streamed regular random gaming with little to no issues, while Niij didnt even bother to setup a special event with the best hardware or networking possible
I haven't heard of any major issues while streaming at Cover offices, overseas talents also have their apartment complex thingy which (after kiara bitched about it) now gets provided with proper setups for them to stream.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot about that. Fauna kept streaming at her normal time, getting up at 7am JST to keep streaming for over a month from her temporary apartment. Those streams all went on without a hitch as well.
It's hard for me to remember correctly because they had that point in time where it seemed like most of EN and ID were there. I seem to recall Kaela streaming an asston even while she was there, and trading off so some other people could go ahead and stream while there. I could be remembering this ENTIRELY wrong, but I swore that was why there were so many clips of people just barging in onto other peoples streams for a good week or two like Mumei, Biboo, Kiara, Raora, etc showing up for like 10 minutes during break before running off to do 3D or whatnot.
I'm not sure I remember too much bitching about issues sharing or using Covers pcs themselves though. Less than ideal maybe but I don't recall any specific call outs about how fucked and unprepared Cover was, or how people had to cancel streams or couldn't do any when they wanted to. Someone with better memory would have to see if they remember otherwise.
