It probably is with the amount of salt that gets put in those things, as long as it's stayed completely dry the entire time. The only thing that should make you approach with caution is if there is any dairy products in any of it.
I wouldent trust the random pack of three year old ramen she found in her relatives pantry, but thats just me.
