Decided that a few replies should be posted for more context. These are all posted by people who I'd call Noticers. They see these sort of videos and, well, notice a common element. It's best exemplified by the tweet below. Someone has noticed something, but won't say what that something is.
There's a lot more Noticing in the comments. These people are not so subtle in letting you know what they've noticed:
