I remember her last collab stream with Lumi she talked about investing in stocks in order to help build a retirement fund in the same stream Lumi admitted she didn't pay taxes. If she's investing well she probably will be fine.

There was some stream I remember where she explained she takes a chunk of each paycheck for investing as well as the needed chunk for bills. The plush fund is probably just her general spending money which would be why she can't afford it at times.
