Youtube takes 30%, Fish's cut is probably similar and then you have taxes and living expenses. Her vtubing career only just recently blew up. I don't know how much she makes, but I doubt she can just buy a house like it's nothing.

No 100% concrete evidence, but she got reported and banned for telling Pippa to kill him, so it's most likely him.

Don't know for certain he flagged the post or some other twitter faggots but seeing him on the other end of the balldo is cathartic. I usually don't comment on shit regarding him because I don't want to give him anymore attention since it clearly motivates him to being a bigger femboy.
