I do kind of get the whole "ranked is scary" thing. After not playing competitive games for years I started getting super bad anxiety during games, it's gotten better over time though. Considering her normal levels of anxiety I imagine it's actually pretty rough for her to try and rank up, so she just plays with viewers.
