Pippa needs to strengthen her spine, keep chat a bit more in line when they raid (saw SNEED, formerly chucks, etc.), and raid people and content that'll be fun and engaging, that she likes at the very least.

Selen and Pikamee are probably the only bigger VTubers I have never heard or seen someone hating on in some way, they can not be what you want to watch but never hate.
