Pippa if you get a good doctor they would do anything they can, I remember emailing mine at like 3 am and he responded and called me to schedule an appointment 15 mins later
I think it's more a matter of trying to not get burned out (which is rampant right now) than them genuinely not caring.
My old dentist pulled a cracked tooth of mine on his lunch break so I wouldn't have to wait. I was sad when he retired. Hard to find guys like that after covid.
Thankfully it's a game stream so she gets distracted from reading them as often as react streams

Doctors vary a lot, some are just smug dipshits, but good ones are very chill and don't treat you like you're wasting their time. I've had a lot of luck with Pajeet doctors surprisingly enough.
Edit: Also, I like Chilla's games, they're simple but have a charm to them.
