I wouldn't be surprised as the shift from grocers picking your product to you picking your product only works in societies that can be trusted, and we're going backwards in history due to social decay. I know when I've gone into stores in cities, more and more products were in lock boxes, whereas suburbs and small towns still have a rather open format.
