In my experience, women like Pippa tend to have an irrational inability to abandon basket cases. We know she has a completely fucked-up family and a history of very dysfunctional relationships. Often it's a sense of guilt, and a there-for-the-grace-of-god-go-I attitude. A 'well I could've been like this but somehow made it, so I should try and not reject other people in similar situations' mindset.
Of course, she could also just find it funny.

It is not too late for Pippa to cut Henry off completely, but the more she keeps giving him attention, the more he will be emboldened. Likewise, the consequences of her being unable to leave him alone, will last that much longer - both for her, and her immediate circle that he seems to latch onto. I don't see this story ending cleanly, to say the least, even if he is eventually cut off cold-turkey. He'll just move onto the next unfortunate target of his delusions, until there is a breaking point.

His father enables him. If his father didn't give him money or internet access he wouldn't be able to get online and donate to anime girls on the internet, and Henri might actually be forced to attempt to develop some life skills.
Is his current PFP supposed to be Pippa being choked? I'm guessing this is cropped from some twisted fan work of some kind.
