80% on the last one cause she just came home from a job that is thousands of miles away in an economy no less, She probably had some of her planned projects rejected at worst. 20% on the other two, cause with Ame and Fauna gone the EN branch has become a lot more unpredictable lately.

She usually doesn't vaguepost like this if it has to do with someone else. If it is something she can't talk about on stream it is either something personal, or about an active or potential project in the works.

She also said today that she had something fresh on her mind while she flew back from Japan that was at the forefront of her mind for the whole 13 hour trip with no distractions, along with the usual back pains the whole time. She also mentioned feeling awkward to be back streaming again. This is Kiara, after all. Some level of menhera is to be expected.



That or Gura is (hopefully) graduating. IDK.

Jesus, anyone but Kiara. She's not even my oshi, but her being in Hololive just seems the most natural thing in the world. It's her hole, it was made for her, and all that.

Korone beat Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door in one sitting. It took her about 36 and a half hours not including breaks, which is longer than her non-stop session of Maka Maka at over 27 hours.

I'm not exactly the best person to advise others on healthy sleeping schedules but I don't think anyone should be congratulating her for doing this as it's clearly unhealthy. If I were her manager I'd be chewing her out for doing something so foolish and potentially harmful. I believe the only reason people gaslight themselves into thinking twitch is better by any metric is the chat alone, which yt is slowly gaining on them. I know Sayu also said it's better for advertisers because they can share the back end by saying how many ccv they get, but I think that naive in thinking that is all they care about.

Chat - depends on the streamers but generally twitch is better
Delay - Heavily depends. Twitch streamers set high delay all the time due to Twitch's sniper culture.
Discoverability - this is a huge myth. A 1-view streamer on twitch will not becomes a 2-view because twitch discoverability is "better".
Twitch discoverability works in a more winner takes all way, where people will be funneled into the #1 streamer of a category, the rich gets richer. It's really good if you are a 5-view. Big streamer on twitch actually tries to overlap to stifle rising streamers if they are hardlocked into 1 category. I actually have two of my ex-favorite streamers admitted to doing this.
Btw half of twitch abuse the vtuber tag because there's no 0 moderation. Unless you really believe this guy is a vtuber.

Video Quality - Youtube > Twitch not even close
Ads - So far youtube is still easier to combat ads than Twitch.
VODs - Twitch = lost content.

I disagree with some of these, but what's more important is the difference in culture. The vibes are just different between what a YouTube streamer and what a Twitch streamer are expected to be. In the vtuber space it really feels like the more traditional chuubas are all on YouTube, but it really feels like the ones who will talk about politics or sex or do facecam streams or participate in the "Vtuber vs IRL" waves on Twitter will be Twitch streamers nine times out of ten. And it's sad because there are perfectly fine people on Twitch that I'd like to see more of (Alex, UwO, Clauvio) but I find myself avoiding the platform as a whole now just because it feels increasingly out-of-the-way nowadays when there's so many great streamers I want to see on YT.

I will say that I do really like the channel points stuff on Twitch and wouldn't mind seeing YouTube do something similar. Advertisements are far less obnoxious on YouTube though.

Arguing over whether YouTube or Twitch is better is retarded, they're both shit options in different ways and vtubers are better off building their brand on both platforms in case one of them deletes your account through no fault of your own.

The chat experience is still far superior on Twitch, purely from a usability standpoint. While everything else is ass, at least you don't need a browser addon to get some semblance of stable performance, unlike Youtube. Even with the addon, Youtube's still runs like shit and lags at a server-level.

It is likely that only a total overhaul of YT's chat would fix it, but YT is more occupied with adding stupid shit like AI predictive replies to comments lol.

I don't know much but from what little I gather her family is not the best.

Not a frequent Wemi watcher, but what we get from streams is that she seems to be a pretty openly-recognized black sheep of the family, someone everybody feels comfortable making fun of - which, y'know, makes sense considering that Remi is a walking slapstick montage, but is still pretty messed up that her closest non-bullying connection genuinely appears to be her fucking chat.
