Change the hair a bit, give new hair accessories, change the sailor uniform to a different pattern but same color. There are like a million of them sailor uniform. You dont even need to change the face

Everything is risks and tradeoffs. She does large volumes of normie-friendly content and it has worked extremely well for her, but of course attracting casual viewers is a double edged sword. Given that she has commissioned other models and has plenty of capital, I suspect she's run the numbers on streaming with a different model and knows exactly how much of her audience it would cost her. She would've gone into negotiations with this dude knowing what number she's better off walking away at, and evidently he was willing to hit that.
It's funny how vast majority of streamers, even ones that mainly stream on youtube, say that youtube streaming suck ass and twitch is infinitely better.
And many streamers singing praises to Kick simply becasue it have human staff that treat them like human beings (if only because Kick is small so they can easily afford it, for now).

I believe the only reason people gaslight themselves into thinking twitch is better by any metric is the chat alone, which yt is slowly gaining on them. I know Sayu also said it's better for advertisers because they can share the back end by saying how many ccv they get, but I think that naive in thinking that is all they care about.
