I could entirely be misremembering because this was years ago at this point, but wasn't there some rumour that those comments got her blacklisted from interacting with a number of corpos? Maybe I'm completely wrong, but it popped into my head the moment I read this.
She got blacklisted because of this

a certain corpo with a huge chinese audience did not want her interact with their vtubers, and they went so far to intimidate other corpos not to interact with her. Said corpo was later ousted to be nijisanji.

Has nothing to do with her talent freedom spelt.

Who do you think Kson was talking shit about when she kept bringing the "talent freedom" shit, nijisanji? 774 inc? .Live?
Kson's an interesting case because although she's one of the worst offenders for the "talent freedom" shit, she never seems to drive any vitriol toward Hololive, so everything she says can be plausibly interpreted as a preferred working environment rather than "company bad".

She was blacklisted by Nijisanji and has mentioned Niji talents she's friends with have to talk to her in private, though that's probably more down to the China shit than running her mouth.

Then there's mikeneko with "they all have boyfriends" and "FPS senpai bullied me" yet she still continue getting signed.
Literally Mikeneko with all the shit she sperged on Japanese anon forums
I'd be hesitant to call Michaelcat a success story since her reputation has only continued falling downward and none of the different opportunities she's pursued post-Hololive seem to have lasted.

But does it have something to do with badmouthing corpo, or with being a Mikeneko? Cause burning bridges and shittalking ex colleagues is something an adult with a functioning brain should avoid in any work field, not just JP and not just entertainment - but in those two even more so.

I'm actually curious, and I may be forgetting something obvious here, but are there any JP ex-corpos who've dropped dirt on their former corpo and had it work out well for them? I'm wondering how much of it is Hololive genuinely having cleaner hands and how much of it is a cultural thing - there's obviously a world of difference between socialism-poisoned English-speaking audiences who love any opportunity to shit-talk a corporation whether justified or not, and Japanese corporate drones who think poorly of anyone who breaks formality.

Hololive themselves haven't really had enough graduations on either side to get a good sample size since it could just be that the gaijins who've left are unusually well-behaved, but I'm wondering if the option to go scorched Earth on a company who wronged them would even be there in the first place for a JP talent, socially speaking.
It's a mix of the Japanese culture of not defying corpos, Holo having a pretty professional environment and not hiring fucking burn-it-all-down menheras (apart from miguel) and most of Holo's grads being fairly amicable.

With western corpos a lot of the time the talents have little allegiance to the corpo after they leave, or they feel no fear talking because the thing has already imploded. There's also a massive difference between "I'm leaving because I was fucked over/Forced out" and "I'm leaving because I wanna move on with my life/I'm sick/I don't like this job", despite how much people seem to want to equate all drama in this industry as the same "Corpo evil, talent mistreated" deal.

Holo in general has learned to lock down all of a talent's accounts on termination, restrict information flow, restrict talent's access to assets and have pre-planned meetings about graduation and termination instead of just... dumping it on the talent out of the blue.

You mean someone who'd rather burn down their Chinese branch than bend the knee?

Doubt it.

It's almost like they were a business company before they were an entertainment company.

Cover banished their entire CN branch to the shadow realm not only because they didn't want to bend the knee to Chinese antis, but also because it turned out some of the CN talents were instrumental in egging on the antis backlash against Coco.

If that's not telling an entire region to fuck off, I don't know what is.

(Then again, we all know Cover's been testing the CN waters back with Bilibili)

For the ex-holos, seems hard to drop dirt after a couple years of pretty great income, especially for how far that money goes in Japan.
Fauna/Amelia - there's easily like a dozen reasons for not wanting to stay when you've already got compound interest rolling.
For JP ex-corpos of other corpos, I doubt they break 5chan containment.
Bit of a stretch, but Chihiro/Aoi Sakura did complain about Nijisanji incompetence in (iirc) twitcasts, some stuff about not handling her antis/stalkers.

The shuttering of the entire CN branch is such a pretty large shakeup that has mostly been forgotten to time by now, it was pretty fascinating to see Holo deciding that the CN market wasnt worth it at all. I have a feeling that if EN for some reason landed like a wet fart i think we would be in a timeline where they kicked Coco and Chama out to appease the increasingly unstable and retarded CN audience
