She has certain moral rights as the original creator, but globie owns the IP and all commercial usage. It's like Stan Lee creating half of the Marvel roster, he will forever have the right to get a "Spider-man, created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko" mention in every new issue of the comics and in the film credits, but he couldn't have taken Peter Parker to DC or a creator-owned independent publisher like Image Comics, where for example Robert Kirkman gets all the royalty money from the Walking Dead or Invincible adaptations and Image themselves don't see a cent. Or how Garth Ennis could take The Boys from Wildstorm Comics to Dynamite Entertainment because as a DC subsidiary the former refused to keep publishing such a nasty parody of their characters.

I think she falls in the same basket as Calli - she's signed with Universal Music Japan for her musical activities so they basically subsidize the cost of her sololives in order to promote her music.

Other girls that aren't signed to an outside music label aren't so lucky so pretty much all of the cost of any sololives would come out of their pockets.

EDIT: Upon further thought, I don't think Suisei is explicitly signed to UMJ like Calli is. Which would likely mean her budokan concert was a Cover loan or part of the costs was subsidized covered under the Holo-N music label (which is technically a joint venture between Cover and UMJ).
