The leak cuts out what the context of whatever tards she is talking about and what they did to annoy her and it's pretty obvious she's not talking about her fans as a whole, but a specific group of them that is ruining what would otherwise would be a good streaming experience.
Would the rule breaking tards even show up on the vod chat log if they got banned/timed out? Messages get nuked when that happens, so I don't think you'll be able to spot what the issue could be from a vod.
I recall her complaining a long time ago (may have been during a horror game?), about how some people were getting too carried away and forgetting that she's an actual adult just playing a character and not a kid they have to babysit and worry like she can't do any by herself. Wouldn't be surprised if that's who she's complaining about as that's something that I see happen a lot to vtubers that play any kind of "cute" (not necessarily loli) character type.
She also had some recurring frustrations with backseating. Sounds related.

As for people complaining about vtubers being normal people, its time to grow up and realize that vtubing is not as niche as it was a few years ago. The point has been crossed where a lot of vtubers are normal streamers behind a model and they are going to do all the normal streamer things like talk about their life. People forget that you dont have to like every single vtuber to still be a vtuber fan.

She peaked today. What a goddamn spectacular live. She got some new additions to last year's outfit that made it look even better. The flag was also pure kino. It even changed patterns based on the song.
Seeing her on her dream stage was amazing. Her 3-stage tour last year was pretty good and I expected a similar quality this time, but today was different. The setlist was mostly from her recently-released 3rd album, which was full of bangers (I gotta shill Mayu to Kokoro cause the godlike jazz/rock vibe made it my favorite album song). She knocked every performance out the park and then some. You could feel how happy she was to be in the Budokan and how much it translated to her singing.
Towards the end, she revealed her original outfit in 3D, then sang Stellar Stellar and Next Color Planet which felt nostalgic as hell. She reflected on where she started and how far she's come, which had her (along with everyone watching) in tears. She talked about how grateful she was that everyone stayed with her all this time. She thought about quitting at so many points, but thinking about how sad everyone would be kept her going through the tough moments. After that, she revealed another outfit based on her original one, like a new 2025 version of 2018 Suisei. In that outfit while still crying, she performed a new song that she said was made with those feelings of gratitude. It was one of the best performances not just of today, but in Hololive history.
For the finale, a bunch of Holo members sent her congratulatory messages and they all connected to form the blue triangle. Afterwards, she performed an absolutely blessed rendition of Kirameki Rider. 7 years of gratitude expressed again but this time, to Hololive and her fellow members. The encore performances were just as great, especially Soiree cause it's one of her favorite songs and she always puts so much energy into it.
But she's not done yet! She saw that some people were worried about her quitting now that she achieved her #1 dream, but Hoshimachi Suisei isn't going anywhere! She wants to keep singing for us and aim even higher. Her next big goal is to perform at the Tokyo Dome and she hopes that everyone will continue supporting her as her journey continues. She announced 2 new songs getting released tomorrow and the day after. One of them was that Gundam song that was mentioned a bit ago, the other was the new emotional song she sang today called Orbital Period. And she also announced that this live will be happening again next year. Nice to see her coming back to the Budokan so soon.
I dunno. Watching this whole thing reminded me of the Hololive that I want to believe in. Women working hard to make people smile, accomplish their dreams and all the emotions that happen along the way. Fubuki's live and 6th fes are coming up so I'm sure I'll be feeling this way again, but I definitely needed it after the mess that was last year. Thanks to comet woman for working so hard over the years to make this happen. However long it takes, I hope I get to see Subaru on this stage one day.

Yeahhh I know /vt/ tends to freak the fuck out over shit like this but she's justified in banning whoever she wants to on her channel anyways, and being a frequent chatter/donator shouldn't completely remove consequences of acting up in someone's chat. Something that's always bothered me in some streams is how a chuuba can be giving their all to create entertaining content, and the chat is sitting there ignoring all of the girl's efforts so they can uwoh post or trauma dump, or any one of ten million other parasocially entitled behaviors. Fuck em, Chio's channel Chio's rules. She's likely ended up with a few antis, but if she feels like her content creation is being hindered by bad actors in chat it's well within her rights to ban their asses.
