To be fair, I think picking Saya after knowing her inconsistent schedule in her PL got everyone wondering wtf fish was doing, but he still went ahead anyways picking up the stragglers of tsunderia.

I brought this up previously but he doesn’t even follow his guidelines for talents of “2-3 streams a week” otherwise Airi, Saya, Hina (now) and Erina (now) would’ve all gotten the boot, and this isn’t including all the cancelled or delayed streams we see each week.

Plus why would he invest so much into a model and then lock it up as lost media just cause presumably the talent’s parent died. Only way I can see this going is if Hina herself requests to be put in the chopping block

There aren't really any direct costs to having a talent on hiatus, so there's no reason to shut the door on a talent who has proven that they can draw good numbers but isn't available all the time.
