I brought this up previously but he doesn’t even follow his guidelines for talents of “2-3 streams a week” otherwise Airi, Saya, Hina (now) and Erina (now) would’ve all gotten the boot, and this isn’t including all the cancelled or delayed streams we see each week.

Mein nigga this isn't Nijisanji It's fair to assume that my nigga fishman gives them leeway when the reason they can't stream is due to sickness, bullshit, work or all of it combined. If they're lazy neets that can't even be arsed to stream or show up to meetings then I can see the hammer drop on people like that. Saya must have a great excuse to not meet her numbers during the first year cause she's like gura. After the first year the terms seem to change and I think they sign for at least 2 more years.
Fishman could leave hina be but events and merch are planned half a year in advance and if she isn't guaranteed to show. He can't add her because it would be a loss of money on assets he won't be using and if she does show up he's gonna need to pay premium to add her to the merch she might show up for. The longer they let it sit the worse it will get when they cut her loose.
