That is really good. I haven't been able to catch her live.

I don't think I've ever heard Mari sing anything except that song where every other line ends with "vigorously MAST-urbating!" so seeing her pull this off so well is quite a bit of whiplash. I hope this goldfish sings more serious songs in the future, she's surprisingly quite good.

Randon has absolutely improved because, as I said a million times, every zatsu doesn't include the phrase "I'd love to do/play/make X but management...". Plus the topics and streams he does have gotten more unhinged, which is good.

Sure, he can't collab with Kronii or Calli anymore, which is absolutely a shame, but I'll take that if his solo content involves 100% less complaining.

Fauna talked briefly about it here, being surrounded by so many talented people forced her to become better, she started by making a lot of ASMR and hone her craft to be even better at it, before realizing she's actually good at streaming as well. This is why you can see every holo talents shine at something, they are driven by the people around them and pushed to be better.
Even Nijisanji have this, they are just so fragmented that the competitive environment are contained within cliques instead. A few cliques will be hyper competitive while a lot are very... whatever. It's pretty much gone for EN though now people can't see growth.
This is similar to gifted school/big instution like Havard where the teachers/curriculum might not be necessarily better than other instutions, but they just kept getting bigger due to the heavy concentration of talented kids which fostered a competitive environment.

The reason why you see people who were very innovative join VShojo and become settled, complacent, because there's no competitive environment within VShojo itself. Ironmouse, their #1, had her career handled to her by CDawgVA on a platter. Noone really had the drive to be bigger/show off their talents beside .... Zentreya??? Kson entered this environment and staggered. The new recruits in Michi & Matara, seems promising however, they might turn this around or get swallowed by the environment, only time will tell. But honestly the stamp collab event already showed signs of Matara slowing down.

Overall I think this is the most important part. Many of these people dont feel the need to have to constantly improve which is something that happens when you are part of group full of highly motivated and highly creative individuals. Hell some of that creativity also dies when as indies they can just do react content which many people love to watch. Its brain dead content where you dont have to do shit, just get paid to react to shit people request.

Aia Amare of NijiEN will have her 3D showcase next Saturday. After her, only Ren, who technically had his 3D reveal at Higuchi Kaede's concert, and Aster Arcadia, who is probably going to be put on hold for a little while longer, are left from those in Iluna.

Might break my no-watch Niji rule for this and peek for a bit.

Good job organizing this, Nyana.

Very good setlist and overall singing. Overally the only negative parts:
1- wish there was some sort of mention of the performer, socials and the song performing at the start and end of each performance
2 - the camera work was a bit jank
3 - mixing in Bao's songs was off so it didnt really have a concert feel to them, they just felt like Bao singing in the shower.

Okay fine, not as figure revealing but she's not that big really, also not some lithe twigbean. or not, she's still well inside appreciable. Also looking at the makeup shots she posts on this account, makes sense why her model looks the way she does. Props for sticking to an aesthetic I suppose but if she really is looking to break into vtubing then she's got to know that the more fuckable your design gets you more money from desperate simps.

I think it's almost impossible for graduated talents to do as well as they did at the big corporations because they lose all the resources. That sucks. I posted my channel metrics from this past year and the last 5 months have been absolute dogshit. Funny enough its also the same time period where I was changed positions at work meaning Im required to spend more time working than I used to and its way more stressful and demanding which is what lead to the month-long vacation.

I think there's something they can set that will display it or not, but a good way to tell is to look at the maximum number of likes posts get. Likes can only be left by paid members at that tier, and the highest number I saw after about a minute of scrolling back to ~Oct last year was 24 at the "Super Lovely Llama" tier, which is priced at CAD$71. Most of her posts are either that tier or the next one up which is like three times the price, so she doesn't even pretend to give a fuck about anyone that isn't paying at least $50USD a month for just art on the patreon.
