It's absolutely because of that. The shit a few years ago where people looked into Pornhub and realised a not-insignificant chunk of the content on there was revenge pornography freaked them the fuck out, so they're especially sensitive to anything that could possibly appear non-consensual - like that, as well as the specifications on alcohol and amateur wrestling etc..

While it would support degeneracy and all sorts of bullshit, I really wish payment processors just went the route of saying "We only handle the money going to and from people, it's up to law enforcement to crack down on illegal/immoral content", because that would go a long way to torpedo some of the deplatforming/debanking shit that's happening.
