Update on this:Nice to hear about the EP too. Actually about to go on a couple-hour drive, so I might pop it on for the drive. Kind of interested in picking up a deluxe physical copy for the signed copy.
I wonder what was the dude's plan here.
Just murder-rape and then go to prison? Or was he delusional enough to believe he'll be welcomed with open arms and won't face any consequences for this.
I am no expert so I honestly don't know. IP for Ririsya, I assume, would be her Name and Likeness plus earnings avenues. Signing a contract with an investor with stipulations for the return of the investment amount and a share of profits before and after doing so could be something short of owning IP. Additionally, such a contract could have a sunset, buyout clause or investor option to continue the contract unless an opt-out fee is paid. Assuming such contracts are viable the investor would have the option to go to court to recoup losses but would not have access to IP.The IP is the only asset the "partnership" has, what else could they realistically give an investor as surety? If I was going buy someone a model and get paid back from their streaming earnings, I would absolutely want to own a share of the IP, otherwise what stops them walking away?
It helps that she looks her age and does not try to desperately relive her teenage years like some other hags (*cough* Mikeneko *cough*)Each time someone posts Button, I'm reminded of how downbad I am for her. Good god.
Any discussion of share price without mentioning market capitalization seems pointless
Good point. HOWEVER...you need to add the new VSPO! members, Choya Hanabi and Amayui Moka, as they debuted on November 2nd as part of the main JP branch.Jokes on you retard! THAT'S ALREADY ON MY CHART! HA!
What an... IDIOT!
Moving goalposts are we? I'll update the chart once brave has gone through enough changes, I'm not gonna make a new version every damn week.Good point. HOWEVER...you need to add the new VSPO! members, Choya Hanabi and Amayui Moka, as they debuted on November 2nd as part of the main JP branch.
Choya Hanabi
This is a Japanese name; the family name is Choya. Choya Hanabi (蝶屋はなび) is a Japanese female Virtual YouTuber affiliated with VSPO!, debuting as its twelfth solo member after Kaminari Qpi, Yakumo Beni, Aizawa Ema, Shinomiya Runa, Nekota Tsuna, Shiranami Ramune, Komori Met, Yumeno Akari, Yano...virtualyoutuber.fandom.comAmayui Moka

I have absolutely no idea how one can look at that picture and see that, rather than filtered Japanese female #8476278It helps that she looks her age and does not try to desperately relive her teenage years like some other hags (*cough* Mikeneko *cough*)
Hey it's me, the MVP, the GOAT.Anyways, I am sad I missed Fubuki's live, live. I thought the Holoplus app would help but I don't remember a notification. Hololive subreddit has given up on promoting JP events and the vt sub only has indie posts so you have to swim thru the weekly. Are the Wiki and the JP twitter the best places to get JP news? Where do ya'll usually get keep up with HoloJP? Discord? VT? I'll admit VT is quite useful for JP events.
Allegedly, the two are related:
Even if you "offer something new" you still arent guaranteed to be success. Anything about entertainment industry has never been about talent. It's about marketting. Do you think Nicki Minaj is the greatest female rapper who ever lived?Right now there is the best guitar player/singer/songwriter in the world, and you will never know they even existed. Because they didn't have the luck to get discovered by a company, or go viral.
Expecting to just turn on a computer, join a bloated market, offer nothing new, and expect to make ALL the money shows how insane this person is. I don't even need the narcissism about how her? failing is everyone else's fault.
For streams I mainly use Holodex, most talents schedule their stream way in advanced so you wont be missing important streams. Holodex even had schedule on the Fubuki x Yuuki Aoi yesterday, a stream that happened in a random ass japanese app under the Hologoe project.Anyways, I am sad I missed Fubuki's live, live. What profits though? If you write a contract saying you get a share of YouTube profits, they can stream on Twitch. If you write a contract saying a share of all streaming profits, they can sell merch and take sponsorships. If you close off all those routes, they can sublicense their likeness to a separate entity that then does all the moneymaking.Signing a contract with an investor with stipulations for the return of the investment amount and a share of profits before and after doing so could be something short of owning IP.
Is this your calendar? Looks coolHey it's me, the MVP, the GOAT.

Idk about specific events and random news though. I just read the misc events using TVA lolw.
Your example is correct but also exists for corpos, remember Yuri? PC owned that IP and still lost out (on future income). From there the difference is IP vs. monetary damages and PC has Yuri's IP but as far as I know not the money. Can you give an example where an investor recouped their investment by utilizing the IP? I can think of a few where they tanked the value instead. What profits though? If you write a contract saying you get a share of YouTube profits, they can stream on Twitch. If you want a revenue share deal (and a new vtuber probably can't pay a reasonable flat fee, so that's the only sensible option), the only safe way to do it is a share of the entity that owns the character, or a share of all revenue generated directly or indirectly from the character - which is either going to mean owning a share of the character IP, or having such broad rights over it that it's essentially equivalent to ownership.

Opis was all about Alexander mixing Greek and Persian blood, after all.
