I dont really feel bad for her. Sure the way twitch handle situations where someone is threathening their own life is absolutely shit and they should do more than send an automatic email pretending to care. But, this women has a moment every time she get drunk on stream. At one point she has to realize that getting assdrunk on stream might have consequences.

I show up at work discussing I want to kill myself I am at best sent home, if I'm lucky boss gives me a number to call a doctor about it. If I did it in front of customers while blitzed off my ass I'd be seeking new employment no matter how much some of the customers said based and shondopilled.

In defense of Shondo; she is a literal diagnosed schizophrenic whose brain is slowly devolving into insanity despite the best efforts of medical science. It's easy to say "oh she deserved it, she could just NOT drink and say she wants to kill herself" but the fact of the matter is that her mental agency is dying in much the same way as a dementia patient. With every day that goes by, she's going to be a little less capable of self-control, a little more paranoid, and a little more implusive, until the person she used to be has been warped into a babbling mess with no hope of recovery. It is one of the most horrifying fates anyone on God's green earth can suffer; even the sanest person would be tempted to drink and have suicidal thoughts, and Shondo is only becoming less sane as time passes. That's why Twitch's corporate nonsense is so stomach turning in this case and why people feel bad for her. This isn't some titty streamer trying to game the system and monetize her body, this is a person trying to cope with their own brain betraying them, who may not even be able to fully control her own actions anymore. If nothing else, she deserves a little sympathy IMO.
