The audition for HoloEN was announced 4 months after Coco's debut, seems way to short of a time for her to pitch the idea and for it come to fruition, especially since at that time was she wasn't as influential yet.

You can also go back and watch Coco's first stream straight after the Myth debuts (if I remember correctly) where she implies she had no idea who any of the HoloEN members were prior to debut to kill the common assumption she had something to do with auditions.

As far as HoloEN goes, Coco can be attributed to causing massive growth for the Hololive brand in general, leading to an increase in staff and international interest that possibly lead to it's eventual creation, and advertising for it once on AsaCoco. Outside of those instances I don't think she had anything to do with it at all.

Coco did a lot, but Miko and Korone going viral did leagues more to get people intially into it. Coco just kept people there since she was the only one that spoke English.
