My friend, KF gets in trouble over this stuff in America all the time. The law doesn't care. It doesn't matter where I host, what I do, etc. The only thing that matters is if some nebulous, uncontactable entity I have no direct association with decides that I've done something wrong and tries to make me go away. Don't inhale the copium that is the idea any laws protect you.

Posting someone's full name and address isn't illegal in the US, they are a part of public records. Most of KF troubles isn't legal in this regard.
It crosses the line when things like credit cards, bank accounts, social security numbers are posted.
