This would be the most recent "opportunity" I can think of.
If it's Voice Packs, she gets plenty of those herself, including being on the key visual. And for outfits, the only reason hers wasn't a surprise is because she herself leaked it on several occasions.

she had a stream for it scheduled. I 100% remember seeing a thumbnail next to the denauth stream. Then it got pulled. She then revealed it in less than 5 minutes at the beginning of the Denauth anniversary stream.

Because from everything I'm seeing, you are perhaps relying on your shoddy memory too much and are inadvertently talking out of your ass.
She had a new outfit and she leaked it twice, including full reference sheets to DMs of whales. And she did have another stream scheduled besides the anniversary stream, but that was only her POV from the gaming collab and not an outfit reveal stream.
So which stream did the clique (which previously prime graduation candidate Reimu is obviously part of) cancel again?

That was the collab they had before the anniversary stream. There never any stream for the outfit by itself.
Also not sure how that started, but she didn't say a stream was canceled. She said an opportunity was ruined by those celebrating and revealing surprises, which can point to more than just Reimu.

What makes you say it was a reveal stream though? Did you hear it was a reveal stream or did you make that part up? You said she made a thumbnail for it and had it "all planned out", how can you say that when you didn't even see the waiting room yourself?I can look for it on warosu if you want to (but that takes time and seems annoying)
