To play devil's advocate, if I was in a situation like this, I would absolutely want to string the conversation out, argue terms and negotiate, purely to get ironclad evidence this wasn't a misunderstanding or impulsive request, but a targeted and deliberate attempt at sabotaging rivals. I kinda get why they're absolving her simply because they know Nano didn't actually benefit from this arrangement. The most beneficial part for her was the fact that it was the path of least resistance, she didn't want to upset her biggest customer (funds wise). It actually hurts her massively in the long run since she's burning all these connections and customers she has with all these cancellations. Sinder could then drop her like a sack of rocks with no blowback while Nano has to salvage whats left of her decimated list of clientele.
