I rarely paid much attention to this group, but they were pretty tight together for years. This is going to isolate Sinder pretty much entirely, vast majority of her vtubing associates are either in that friend group or adjacent to them.
I doubt it's enough to be career-ending, especially if she plays her cards right(anyone else senses a profound apology video starting out with a deep sigh?), but she'll most likely need to rebuild her social circle from scratch.

Actual claims here, basically trying to strong arm their model artist into an exclusivity deal without actual contract law to back it, just gaslighting along the lines of "If you work for more people, your art will be worth less". Trying to justify it by saying it's totally just business to sabotage and undermine others in the space even if they're supposed to be friends publicly, and pressuring the artist to the degree of "If you get an art commission from [redacted third party], tell them no, then tell us you got a commission you turned down so we can commission you instead so you still get money!"

Actually exceedingly scum, but what can you expect from a talentless whore whose entire business is being a whore? It's some real public image killing shit here.

This part is true though, the subconscious perception of value is a consideration some businesses take into account; the less of something there is, the higher you can ask for it.

It's just that it's up to the business owner to decide if that's the model they want to pursue; not a random client who isn't willing to both cough up enough to make that viable and write up a formal proposal rather than weaselwording on Discord.
