They have the regular outfit. And when singing some songs they turn on the Holographic bits. The old idol outfits also had this with glowing soles and holographic wristbands.
I hope they just line up a bunch of Duos where one person is obviously like half the size of the other. It's just amusing to look at.

I was semi busy when I noticed it but the Color Rise Harmony lights have different effects and one of them was the letters lighting up randomly and while Nerissa was moaning the Harmony light was lit up as Harny which looked like Horny from the angle.
