In vtubing, there seems to be a pretty good correlation between companies treating their talents well and companies being successful over the long-term, and vice versa. Treating your talents badly and exploiting them is poor long-term strategy, it means you won't attract quality talents (they can do better elsewhere), you won't retain the talents you do have (they will quit or move elsewhere), and the talents are less incentivized to put in their best efforts for the company.
