Inexperience and cheaping out. The first instance of any anime con is generally a shitshow unless it's a splinter group that's already ran a big con, and you kind of just have to roll with it. Most vtuber cons are just starting out. It's why people were a lot harsher on OffKai when their second con had the same issues as the first.
