Just follow better indies. I know it seems hard but it's pretty easy, if you find one great indie you can go from there and check her peers instead of complete randos.I really dont know how you indie watchers do man.. im so grateful to be a corpo fag when i see shit like this.
Nah im good, i'll be sure to cheer them on whenever they join holo/phase/brave thoughJust follow better indies. I know it seems hard but it's pretty easy, if you find one great indie you can go from there and check her peers instead of complete randos.
Yeah, I totally believe a waiter is going to insult the people eating at the restaurant he's working at and lose his job over a customer complaint.
These takes are just naive. You don't think people ever say retarded stuff at work or let their filter slip?Do they really think a waiter will insult a client out of the blue?
Man's posting this and didn't read the update. These takes are just naive. You don't think people ever say retarded stuff at work or let their filter slip?
Heck one time my mom was out to eat, they brought her food ~10 minutes before everyone else's food for some reason, so she finished eating before everyone else and the waiter comes by and says something like, ""Wow, you really got through that quickly."
It's not as bad as the example, and my mom's not as fat as her, but it's not soooo unbelievable that a waiter would ever say anything that can be perceived as rude.
Especially if it was a french restaurant, then it's just part of the experience.

Yeah, it is.It's obvious what happened
How much was that? Like 6 followers? Woman avatar makes sense because bitching about something as tiny as this is a certified woman moment.Imagine getting butthurt over a literal 0.1% drop in followers. Bro. You are not gonna make it.
Did she ever post the restaurant's name? If not its probably bullshit. It's obvious what happened - some two-view made up a story for attention and sympathy, people wanted to know who to be angry at but she didn't have anyone and went: "oh shit" and deleted everything and hopes everyone will forget.
But do go off.
There's an ocean of difference between forgetting to not put ice in a drink and actively insulting customers.Yeah, it is.
Woman: "I don't like drama."
Woman: *creates drama about being called fat*
*drama about being called fat causes more people to call her fat*
Woman: "I'm deleting, things like this should be handled privately."
Woman in the future: *does it again*
I can imagine you guys in a restaurant. Your escort asks for no ice in her drink, and they bring her a drink with ice in it. "Uhh, no, that's not ice, it can't be ice. There's no way a waiter could ever mess up. These people are infallible professionals and frankly I'm insulted that you would even accuse them of bringing a drink with ice."
Being friends with the chef is a careful game of tightrope, as they're often incredibly insane but if they like you, they're going to make sure you get the best food experience. At this one old restaurant I use to go to, my family knew the chef for decades and he was always friendly and excited to see us. It was honestly some of the best food I ever had. One time someone in the restaurant made a mild/stupid complaint. The chef came out and slammed a cleaver onto the table and just stared at the guy until he apologized. People don't understand the restaurant world isn't the simple "you are a customer" like in other service industries, you are a guest. You can tell who actually worked in food service for a long time and who hasn't from the last couple pages. You'll never know how many lines your waiter has snorted in the back, or how many shots of whiskey they've stolen from the bar, or how many of the other staff they've fucked in the fridge in the last 2 hours. You never WANT to know. Count yourself lucky when you go to a non-chain restaurant and your waitstaff doesn't make weird-ass comments, is all I'm saying. Hell, I'm happy when my waitress/er doesn't have a psychotic breakdown and attack me before I leave at this point.
May as well just say any service industry. Customers fucking suck and shitting on them behind closed doors is a common occurrence. Sometimes it is justified and sometimes not.You can tell who actually worked in food service for a long time and who hasn't from the last couple pages. You'll never know how many lines your waiter has snorted in the back, or how many shots of whiskey they've stolen from the bar, or how many of the other staff they've fucked in the fridge in the last 2 hours. It's certainly not common to insult customers, but saying it has to be fake? Come on. There's enough dickhead waiters around that it's a believable story. There's an ocean of difference between forgetting to not put ice in a drink and actively insulting customers.
