Ahh okay I know what happened with Watamate I was using his old name before changing it and must of forgotten to change it in the text box.
No clue how I messed up the giant rats text box i'll fix it before i post any updates.

How much effort before a shitpost no longer becomes a shitpost? Honestly we may have seen it in this very thread.

It is impressive.

Hello there its been a "little" while since my last post but I'm back from the dead reanimating this thread with a new update and 100 or so new designs. For those of you that have received a ping for this post you probably have a card based on you down below. I plan to once I've finished this current set of cards with art and names ,where applicable, go back over the past set with a re-balance nerfing some of the outliers and bringing a large swath of the weaker cards up to speed. Part of this has to do with a design change where a significant part of the inmate based designs will be losing the legendary subtype to better aid in gameplay, the current oversaturation makes it hard to design so that been a change I've been trying to make with the new set.
I will be showing the cards split between the more chuuba focused cycle and the inmate based cycle below. One last thing before i showcase and disscuss the new stuff if anyone has any suggestions for inmates or events that i've missed that you think should be included don't be afraid to comment here or dm me with your suggestions.

Each of these save the last one will contain 6 cards, one chubba one of the charm cycle and 4 other cards meant to supplement the chuubas gameplan.
bae.jpg

  • I am Chaos:The first four cards in baes collection are based on her chunni opening and can be combined for the finale payoff. this one helps set it up while also playing a little into the randomness and chaos of the bae cards.
  • The end of end: a simple removal spell that can kill more protective creatures, has cycling so it can set itself up for the combination in the event the enemy is on a low or creature-less deck
  • Steel rose: A simple mana rock that can replace itself for a cost, can be used before attempting to transform into witness me for bonus card advantage
  • Trapped in a cage of ice// Witness me: A typical o-ring removal effect that notably does not return the card instantly when you transform into witness me allowing the removed creature to contribute to witness mes power while also being able to be cast by its effect letting you "steal" a creature. At base the creature is a 7/7 so the payoff for running this is quite high.
  • Best friend, Hakos Baelz: plansewalker that's based on kinda controlled biased randomness. the plus can also help setup the witness me while acting as mild disruption. the minus helps protect and also ups count for the ultimate and the ultimate is like double warp world i think, a bit of a pain to resolve but very strong.
  • Baelz's Charm:the first of the 10 charms, neat thing with this one if you select mode 2 and 3 you should gain 4 life from this spell which is neat.
tenma.jpg

  • Brick:designed to simulate the idea of throwing bricks at each other. It's costed to be most effective for the person that casts it and has the last trigger to ensure that the brick will eventually get passed back to the caster and cannot be ignored fully.
  • Forced into the basement: A simple removal spell with some graveyard hate.
  • Kanpainiki: Simple aggressive creature that plays very well if you can reanimate it or give it undying as the stat buff is not until end of turn.
  • Macho review: An act of treason effect that also doubles to sac the creature at end of turn if its small or buffs it ability to do damage if its big.
  • Tenma:
  • Tenma's charm:Most of the power in this charm is in mode 1 as its flexible removal. mode 2 is worded strangely to avoid the power of taking control of an enemies creature during there combat. mode 4 plays well with kanpainiki.
perry.jpg

  • Guzzle the gas: card draw spell that sets up graveyard based strategy.
  • Platonic Platypus: sets up graveyard and can ramp, better when played with fetches or other ways to fill the yard.
  • Wurmhole: its clearly a riff on birthing pod, big differences from that include this one not cheating on mana, this one producing a positive board state from nothing compared to pod.
  • Wurming wiggler:simple creature that provides utility from the yard.
  • perry: graveyard helping and also pods with its minus its a fairly typical golgari plansewalker.
  • perry's charm: reanimate on mode one is where most of the power comes from. Mode 2 might be changed to non creature to help differ it from mode 1. Mode 3 is decent removal. Mode 4 can help against aggro or be used to offset mode 1.
dokibird.jpg

  • Crumble under pressure: i just noticed that i forgot the enchant player text that has been fixed. this works as a stopgap in higher powered decks and can tax making it harder to run counter magic and the like.
  • Down Bad dragooner:this one and the next are possible to be changed i'm not sure on the design atm. this card is very defensive adding a ton of stats to the board but the bigger of those stats cant attack until the smaller is removed.
  • Name pending:its a mana dork that helps with playing larger creatures. might change second ability to include untapping creatures.
  • Wistful cackle:card draw that changes based on what has occured in the turn. supports both small creatures and large creatures depending on mode.
  • Dokibird:most of the power comes from the +1 and -1, the idea is you minus one when you don't know whats on top and plus if you do know a land is on top say by playing a 4 powered creature on that turn and seeing the land on top.
  • Dokibird'd charm: its mostly a 4/4 with your choice of upside based on the boardstate. Mode 2 helps vs aggro and can be used if nothing else is useful. Mode 3 is protection for removal and hand attack. Mode 4 is situational and can stop graveyard based plans.
bettel.jpg

  • Comedic downfall: simple removal spell. similar to tragic slip but more rounded.
  • Offkilter symphony: benefits both life gain and life loss based gameplan.
  • Loyal bettelion: nice curve filler that can fix draws and works with bettles passive.
  • Jesters cap: on base gives +2+2 but scales well with lifeloss.
  • Gavis bettel: passive is the only way to gain loyalty. is the reason his ult is not instant game winner. his 0 will cause you to gain 2 loyalty at end of turn. once you have ult ed his -x acts more like a drain life.
  • Bettel's charm: grants a lot of power at a cost, the first two are strong but have major life downsides wile the others help you stay alive.
marine.jpg

  • Captains barrage: its a shock that turns to a bolt in aggro decks. doesn't hit face
  • Plundering the high seas:helps to pay for some of the treasure based costs other marine cards have. can enable smaller creatures to find hits with second ablity
  • Captains Proposal: A cheaper mind control that requires treasures to be sacced to keep it around. if the creature can find free attacks thats easy if not it can be a liability.
  • Charmed Crewmate: aggressive creature that provides treasures.
  • Marine:benefits on hitting the opponent with many creatures, can provide dominate board control if you have the treasures or artifacts to feed it.
  • Marine's charm: Mode one is a mini board wipe that leaves alone your own creatures. mode 2 is a small creature. mode 3 can return smaller instants and sorcery notably not being able to loop with multiple by not hitting 4 or more mv. last mode can help with getting hits in.
amiya.jpg

  • Amiya's Tinkering:its like a fixed tinker. but not really its closer to some form of artifact reanimation. Notably buckos are artifacts due to how food works.
  • Amiyayum cooking: typical model spell. always makes food and can make two if you chose the bucko route. pretty alright.
  • Bucko ball: kinda like a toned down myr battlesphere kinda. a good choice for reanimation with the tinkering.
  • Bucko stew:lets you spew out a bunch of buckos if you can keep gaining life on your turn. turns into a parral lives if you get to 4 counters. might lower amount needed.
  • Amiya:because shes a 2 mana plansewalker i have to be very careful with her balance. the +1 is twiddle and can ramp/kinda protect her/ help get damage through but its all very minimal. the minus is just a simple buck okay for protection but not overly so and the ult will help you overtake the long game but isn't an instant win by any means which is good because she shouldn't be winning on her own.
  • Amiya's charm:i see modes 1/3 and 3/4 being chosen most for the board presence but in cases where the untaps are need to do something else or make surprise blocks the option is there.
lumi.jpg

  • Commune with chyaaat:plot is a theme with all of lumis cards as i feel it captures the always behind everything nature she is often given here. This card if plotted acts as good card selection and draw if plotted or just instant draw if not plotted.
  • Lumi strikes again: good removal better if announced beforehand with plot.
  • Sorcerous laughter: a thoughtseize of sorts. When plotted it can be used the same turn as you intend to deploy a threat to check for counter migos.
  • A gumi:simple creature that benefits from being plotted in the early game but is still likely to trigger the discard if cast latter.
  • Lumi's Charm: thinking of changing mode 1 to include spell but on the fence. Mode 2 instant speed discard is scary but its at 4 and doesn't gain that much extra value if used that way so it might be fine. mode three helps cheat on mana or setup lumi. and mode 4 is really good if it has targets.
  • Lumi tard// Gloomi Void:its a little hard to read when i haven't yet put in the art but lumi acts as a decent but not extremely good planeswalker that generates slow card advantage with both her + and -. if she flips she cheats on mana hard has easy ways to protect herself with her minus and enables you to plot counters and use them at instant speed.
miko.jpg

  • Sakura blossom:a little taxing creature for the early game that can be a threat if paired in multiples or with other shines.
  • Spoken Trap: based on a certain event she went through involving two gentlemen of darker persuasion. its a blue removal spell that buys a bit of time, better in black match ups.
  • Elite Inisght:instant speed card draw and selection with the benefit of some minor life gain. good for control decks.
  • Stay home:a controlling stax effect that limits the amount of creatures on board but can be played around on your end by using tokens. has the second line to ensure a pacifism on a creature doesn't lock the game out for that player.
  • miko:hey looks its a control wincon with added your hands becomes counterspells ult very neat.
  • miko's charm: counter is the main value of this spell, the draw and exile will likely be the most commonly chosen second modes.
mozu.jpg

  • Putrid Stench: its a fog. Cool.
  • Stream of salt: its a fireball like spell that does chip damage to creatures. Kinda a weird case where you can x =0 then chose a creature to not take the 1 damage but ehh thats cool.
  • Mozzumite:starts small but can grow fairly quickly in green focused decks.
  • Mozu's bow: an equipment that allows for double dipping in large creatures when they attack.
  • Mozu:big creature focused plansewalker. can dominate the board with her removal based + and her pseudo collected company -3 her ult should just win the game in decks built on it.
  • Mozu's charm: all modes have merit here. mode 1 is mini coco which does require some deck building considerations. mode 2 is fight based removal which is worse than other methods but it leaves behind the counters so still good. third mode hits any land so if you require a specific land this is pretty good. And 4th mode is useful in exactly the way you would think it is.
iron-lung-and-others.jpg

  • iron lung: this is the only of the three that is actually in the set. she needs other legendary creatures to be relevant very cool.
  • Proctor your splitting me apart: i still think this was a terrible idea.
  • rip @El Rrata :rip now no one can beat his ass when i do another tournament.

tva-members-set-1.jpg

  • @Bronze :A springleaf drum like affect that can be a mini lotus in specific decks. should help power out non green creature based gameplans.
  • @I Wanna Die : You will never believe what this card wants to do. if you have a consistent way to kill your own creatures this provides a nice chunk of advantage
  • @Koronesuki :allows you to explode your potatoes to gain advantage. works well with its double striking nature
  • @MerelyTourist : has brought the "joys" of cuckolding to magic i guess. Bask as you share the biggest beefest thing on board and hope your use of it is better then your opponents.
  • @NotDecatto : early game threat that can double as a way to save a creature if drawn late.
  • @Punished Anime Discusser : wow look a punisher styled effect from the graveyard that asks the question to your opponent if they are fine with the tick damage or would rather deal with a free 3/1
  • @VSoyBoy :an aggressive little thing. His card is also pretty aggro focused. you can use his trigger to force through damage by denying chump blocking or boosting the smaller members of your own.
  • @wew :wew benefits from the slightly older creatures you may find on the battlefield and when there age becomes the death of them she laps in the knowledge of their existence.
  • @Willemshaven : just noticed i added an i in your name it will be fixed. This creature benefits from documenting the historic events that occur. current ones on the battlefield help to bring it out while the ones in the yard are used to fuel future plays.
  • @Kamehameheilhitler :a punisher styled effect that allows you to drain the opponent or gain life and card draw. might get a buff.
tva-members-set-2.jpg

  • @DanchousLoyalHamu : a very good early game threat that will often 2 or 3 for one.
  • @frz : plays into the clown fiesta of abilities and benefits you going for the more risky double copy.
  • @JustLurking : might be the best early game red threat in burn based decks. two instances of prowess do both trigger btw.
  • @lakyus : hey look it plays well with amiya that is neat. provides extra benefits to sacing food.
  • @Phantasm :his ability will become more understandable when a card i will ping him with is posted further down. a good stopgap creature that requires attention letting other threats run wild
  • @Sankisei :im pretty sure the first ability reduces the madness so go wild discarding. become the menhera.
  • @shipmate : the shipmate crews vehicles well and finds them.
  • @smartestkidontheshortbus :pretty neat effect. lets you tap creatures to boost one creature which can be this one.
  • @Smelliest007 :a control and anti control finisher. bit simple but serra angel still wins games
  • @Zizara : can make for a big blowout when cast and benefits off -x/-x removal.
tva-members-set-3.jpg

  • Proctor point: on its own it does a whole lot of nothing and takes its sweet time getting there. with other effects it can generate value via re triggering things.
  • @Cubanodun :when the beloved sex icons we like dies its a tragedy worth investigating. when there whores die its all for profit...
  • @Phantasm :works really well against phantasm:smugpipi:
  • google docky: it cancels a creature until removed.
  • @jebby : joining the ranks of the other main lurkers jebby is special and cannot be cast normally. he acts as a cheap finisher in control and tempo styled decks.
  • did you know what menace did: in magic toughness of how much punishment a creature can take is sometimes referred to as the creatures butt. This card allows creatures butts to attack them. Very cool. And of course it can be brought back via a quick flashback.
  • Migo onslaught:from when jambo was still in his moody migo phase. works well with zizara although not the initial intention.
  • @Postal rrat :it copies spells of a chosen mv, works well when the deck is based around a particular mv most likely 2, 3 or 4
  • @roktofferson : works best when ahead and attempts to keep you there.
  • @GayKusa :i forgot to give you the gay creature type. That will be fixed. Wants to be played with a bunch of hasted up threats.
tva-random-set-1.jpg

tva-random-set-2.jpg

  • barren: a toned down wasteland. based on the many threads that exist for no reason since the thread split.
  • @BioBreak : a card based on the figurehead of destiny cycle. it gets bigger with investment then its final ability which can be activated multiple times creates threats including any other tokens you may have had around when activated.
  • the banter thread: a man land that gives creature based decks a way to punish planeswalkers after boardwipes and get just that little extra reach.
  • the general thread:a mana fixing land that can always provide colored mana at an ever increasing cost or colorless mana resetting its cost.
  • the pippa thread: card advantage for graveyard based decks that does eat away at the yard making it a gamble.
  • @UberSoldat : finisher for artifact based decks. might change it to on cast to avoid tokens going to wild.
  • hololive recently: manifest dread btw is looking at the top two cards putting one on the battlefield face down as a 2/2 and the other in the graveyard. if the face card is a creature it can be turned up by paying its mana cost as a special action.
  • Vice:its a black vise based saga and creature. might be a bit strong.
And now i slumber again for some time.

Would you be open to community spitballing some of these names? some are great but some of them feel like they deserve a bit more creative ribbing then well for example "the vice hitpiece" Perhaps something like Proctors "Fame" or Self Destruct or 5cent Reporting. Sin & VICE anyone?

Also Vice reporter should be Vice "reporter" the quotes are important i think
