Yes its him, I took it from his soundcloud. He even commented on it here and on the homeland, both times confirming its legitimacy by saying " I did that like 5 years ago. I totally don't sound like that anymore!!! "

Multiple times he's said he wants to create content of various types. Wanted to be an author of MLP stories, make mixtapes ( he made at least one to be fair), and a general undefined "content" (vtuber? clipper? editor?) in the homelands vtuber thread. He's on that vtweeter style grindset, of enjoying content of others, but never making his own despite a declared sentiment of wanting to.
