This public airing of all this info is going to be interesting. I wonder if these corpos, not just Niji, are going to have to really work to improve their talent's work environment and loosen up on the restrictions and game perms if they want to keep their talents around. People are really fans of the talents and not necessarily the company, and we've seen how damaging it is when multiple popular talents mass graduate. It's worse if they start airing dirty laundry. The talents have more power than they think, especially with a parasocial audience.
It's like when someone leaved their company for more pay.. the people left behind start feeling a certain way and more people start updating their resume and searching them job sites.
