As a general thing, this is something else that bothers me about callout posts. The accuser can spend weeks, possibly months, carefully picking apart everything someone has ever done to craft the perfect damning narrative against someone; but the accused is expected to have their defence ready to go immediately, and if an hour passes after the document drops and they haven't made a comment the public perception is that they're obviously guilty and trying to hide (or if they do respond and it's sloppy because they've been caught by surprise, everything they say is spun uncharitably against them).

It's even worse if it's the kind of thing that needs some kind of legal consultation, because the Internet moves very quickly while real life moves painfully slow. If you want a solicitor to look over what you're going to say then you're probably gonna be waiting a week at least, by which time your online reputation is dead and buried. It's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.

ProJared was in a very rare position where he was able to prove a negative on the actually serious allegations (that he was asking underage girls for nudes), because one of them said they were old enough in a chatlog, and by sheer luck the other one had made a blog post about being in a mental hospital at the same time he was allegedly talking to them. Most people don't have that option since it's often difficult to prove you didn't do something, and in ProJared's case it still took months of lost revenue while he was getting everything cleared before he was able to put his own side of the story out there.

The question is though: Is she compliant out of malice and greed, going along with all this because she just wants money no matter what, or is she compliant out of ignorance/fear and she's just worried that if she rocks the boat she'll lose a big client?

The end result being that she's dropped Sinder over all this, I'm of the opinion that it's the latter and she's just hit a limit, realizing she's being manipulated and didn't want to get dragged through all this bullshit and was just trying to navigate things.

Wrong, they split amicably, at least on the outside. Yocchan jumped, Raora was scouted for Holo and the group itself didn't have much going on without all members so they just went their way, nothing big out of it.
