They're all fucking awful. Sony's new $200 controller doesn't have hall effect joysticks but instead has replaceable joysticks that are literally never in stock.

Why would some company realize and create an alternative? People will spend stupid amounts of money on DLC and microtransactions. There's no incentive whatsoever for corporations not to do this.

Plenty of real games out there, and what makes the most money by miles is the nickle and dime stuff. People will pay, so people will make.

Why do you think they went Israel against Ryujinx? the rumbles i have hear is that there is basically no difference at software level so a actual current day emulator is going to run Switch 2 games day 1

The problem is 99% of people are either too stupid or don't care to learn how to set up an emulator properly, they'd rather just plug and play. The second an emulator has issues that can easily be fixed by tweaking a few setting they give up.
