In all seriousness, if a supplier of mine were constantly lusting after company employees on social media, I'd find another supplier (because let's be honest here, Luwud isn't a Phase client, he's a vendor, it's not hard to replace what he provides for the company). There is a weird power harassment angle to this, and it's on Sakana to pull his head out of his ass and deal with it. At absolute best it's patently unprofessional, in the case of Uruka it is genuinely a lawsuit waiting to happen, and Luwud is not such an important Phase orbiter that you can't be rid of him. Even if he's a private investor or something, the liability of him doing this shit on main can't be ignored; Phase is in a very delicate position in the v-tubing sphere at the moment and a sexpest scandal or lawsuit could very well kill the company.

Even worse then. If he's not actually supplying artwork/merch/etc. to Phase on an official basis and he's just a storefront operator or orbiter or whatever, there's literally zero reason for him to be within ten feet of the women. What's the saying, don't let the fox into the chicken coop?

Ok, then there is a supplier/client connection and Luwud's behavior is still horrifically inappropriate. You see my point? There is no scenario in which this is not a disaster waiting to happen. With blood in the water after the past year, there's not much leeway for Phase to make a mistake in managing public opinion right now. If Sakana plays his cards right he can beat out Niji in the West, but they have to avoid this kind of problem.

again, there isn't. phase doesnt sell luwud merch, luwud doesnt sell phase merch. luwud uses the ip, probably for a fee or something. who knows maybe its considered marketing since luwud was already established before phase. i dont know the details.
Its as simple as kevksi hanging out with the popular loyal guys as a token of appreciation. He took Jl710 and a couple other idolfags to the warehouse. its an easy way to say "thanks for liking my product!".
