I will say though; the fact that Niji told her (and presumably other talents) to delete all of their past social media (including their PERSONAL ONES), and to quit any other jobs (not just other Vtuber gigs, all other jobs, even IRL ones) to commit to the company, but then she got no support, and basically made no money for 8 months, only to have to basically lose he first paycheck to cover all her expenses she racked up working FOR THEM? That's beyond black company behavior. That should be criminal. And then they had the nerve to string her along over a sex pest and sit on their hands and basically do nothing while that little twerp could act with impunity. If that company went belly up tomorrow, the whole Vtubing community would be better off.

That's a big part I'm just not feeling the stuff she puts out, because everyone delete pasts stuff on their own whim so there's no actual rule or demand to delete things, because every other talent still has a personal twitter (and past channel if they wanted) and another liver created a new personal one recently that's VERY obvious who it is because she posts pics with Finana, who also makes it obvious it's her.

They told her that they could help her with that but after Mint joined niji, they told her that they can't help with moving to Japan.

Considering they were promising her $10k for her first month or something like that, it may have been less of a "requirement" and more of a "strong suggestion" because of how much money she was totally going to earn from being in Nijisanji. What a shitshow. I don't think that Heero guy is going about it very intelligently and tries to create several arguments out of nothing when not necessary to make a solid case.
Nowhere does he actually show that Zen and Aster were in a serious relationship, his DM with Zen is a whole lotta nothing and even the Zen tweet is about an RP relationship, which, cringe as it is, is not the same as what he was insinuating.
His response to the guy who claims to be a friend of Aster is genuinely baffling:

It's not a sister in so far as that they acknowledge and follow a majority of former Nijis, but they're definitely still a prominent Nijifan.
I also have a hard time believing that they would have super special sekrit info, but Twisty's fans get told a lot of confidential stuff, so I guess it wouldn't be too unusual for some Aster fans to get similar perks.
Just something to keep an eye on without putting too much weight on it.

I don't think the jobs themselves are the issue. AFAIK they don't really care much about the talent having jobs so long that they still stream. And the expectations that Anycolor probably had in mind is that they are students or part-timers (or NEETs) that don't mind having some of their free time relegated to be virtual streamer on the side. That said, that's on the JP side of things, and there is still possibility that EN didn't have that line of thinking and believed their talents must leave their jobs to be streamer full time or at the very least dedicated a big amount of time on it.

Also at the time Ver was still studying to be a lawyer and only recently that he's basically looking for a chance to be an actual lawyer, so by definition he's still "not in a job".

This is most likely the reason. Either it's intentionally made so that it sounded mandatory or it really was mandatory. We don't know for sure. As far as I know, it's not like its just Pomu that didn't drink the koolaid, there's probably other JP/ID/KR that didn't bother to fully delete their stuff because there's no reason to do so or as potential backup.

Honestly, that thought has crossed my mind multiple times in the past atleast for the "clique".

Twisty really did a number on herself with her behavior on her PL account leading up to the current drama. She had menhera meltdowns, vague-posted, and even lashed out at people attempting to support her for months as Delulu. That and including other people's accounts about her, coupled with the apology that is clearly meant to salvage any career she could have online after all of this is over, paints a picture of someone incredibly selfish, vindictive, and outright unpleasant to be around.

The thing that pisses me the most about it all is how she was lashing out against everyone for posting and commenting on shit she herself has said. Very high chance that she has been the one leaking some of the stuff (maybe not all) and for her to then turn around and get pissed at people is a great way to just alienate everyone. At this point she will become a Quinn where they failed to capitalize out of getting out of Niji and everyone will hate them, only watching whenever they start leaking or saying shit.

Devil's advocate: She's rather young at an age where beliefs can wildly fluctuate based off who and what she interacts with. Many people her age go into college thinking one way and come out thinking drastically differently.

Its possible that most of that changed after Niji's first 3 waves. Back when Pomu started, NijiEN 1 was a shot in the dark. Sure HoloEN was a massive success but Niji was still somewhat struggling (until gen 4 came out). Additionally I think they are talking mainly about entertainment ttype jobs. Something like office work shouldnt be much of a problem, but shit like voice acting, or vtubing is as it directly competes and cuts into the profits Nijisanji makes.

That said in this situation and given all of the bad PR they have gotten, its not impossible to think that they would suspend the talents for a long period of time for shit to boil over and give them something so they dont expose them for basically keeping them hostage.

This isn't really a clever plan and its the most likely explanation. She wants out. She's made it abundantly clear she wants out. Niji is effectively holding her career hostage, refusing to release her, but keeping her suspended, so she doesn't make any money. So, this is her way to force their hand. Doesn't require her to be smart, just manipulative and desperate.

Truthfully, with everything that's happened, her best bet is to get a lawyer involved and threaten Niji with a lawsuit. This suspension could count as workplace retaliation, which is straight up illegal, since its largely a response to her complaining about the sexual harassment. Not to mention that they didn't even investigate the initial complaint, which she could also sue them over. Even if NIji had the money to fight the case, that's bad PR they don't need right now. And no company wants to risk discovery. For a company like Niji, it would be devastating. She claims to have more receipts, including discord logs, messages to both staff and legal, and more to that recording of Aster, which, from the way she talks, is far more incriminating. Having all of that come out in a court case is not something that Niji wants. She probably has more than enough to simply force her way out of the contract at this point, or even argue that Niji's actions voided it. Considering how damning all of this is becoming, Niji will probably just let her walk in order to be done with it. The only thing is that if Twisty walks, Aster HAS to walk too, and probably at the same time. He's become too toxic to keep around, and the allegations against him are too damning to ignore anymore. If Twisty is terminated, Aster will have to be terminated at the same time, so that Niji doesn't look like their taking his side in the dispute. At this point, they can just fire him for cause, and be completely and legally in the clear.
