The next NijiFes is going to take place February 21st to 23rd at Makuhari Messe, the same location as Holofes and Expo. The last NijiFes was at Tokyo Big Sight instead, the same place as Comiket for example, and was only two days instead of three.
There will be an announcement stream in about a week with more details starring Kenmochi Touya, Ishigami Nozomi, Tsukino Mito and Petra Gurin as EN representation.

Possibly the next big "predictor" for potential graduations is going to be NijiFes participation announcements next week. Mainly bringing it up since I thought Petra might be on her way out due to her low activity. But her being in the announcement itself makes that pretty unlikely.
