I know the YAB stuff took over, but I wanted to callback the graduation rratting I did a while ago and the NBA collab they are doing.

-The livers that were left out of it were: Rosemi, Aia, Aster, Scarle, Meloco, Hex, Kunai, and Vivi.

All three in their wave graduated in PL on the 19-24 of September. Maybe that's around when they signed/will expire the contract, but wouldn't expect any graduation news from them after that. But their graduation would be way closer to debut than anyone else so far.

Kunai is graduating in September 21.

Butt doesn't this raise all sorts of hard questions for JP fans. Imagine being a Japanese Nijisanji fan and while you could pretty much ignore the shitshow from the EN branch, this latest mishap has you asking really hard questions you really don't want to think about, like, "did this happen to one of my oshis?", "why didn't Nijisanji put in enough safeguards to prevent this from happening to the talents while they were working for Nijisanji?" and "how much did Nijisanji know before the news broke?"

This is why I think this has got to be the final nail in the coffin for Anycolor. The EN side being an utter disaster, the home branch could seemingly bury their heads in their hands and pretend not to notice. But this latest yab is JP, and potentially affecting every gen/wave going back to their second gen livers.

If this does turn into the Final Yab, I can at least look amused over the fact that it was mv productions that unearthed every Niji yab this year.

I can't speak for other countries, but in France CP has been penalised since at least 1994, which is when the earliest version of the current article of the Code Pénal forbidding it was promulgated

I assume all EU countries had similar laws on the books already before the common directive was adopted.
Also fun fact, since 1998 this law bans both pornographic images and representations of minors, so loli and shota hentai have been banned for more than 25 years now.
