Just what I know about Japan, it's become pretty common to try to slander people/higher ups you work with so good chance they needed to see evidence, but considering they likely didn't have the foresight to record/save anything (cuz why would you secretly record sessions?) it wasn't taken seriously, so unironically it likely took actual evidence for them to suddenly want to move. Not saying this to defend but just knowing how this shit goes from the work place drama I remember while I worked in Japan.
Any company, good or not, has a ready to access to list when they work with 3rd parties, so it doesn't necessarily mean they knew about the harassment and did nothing, it just means they have good record keeping to immediately act upon anything done with x individual.

Are they Kuzuha or his fuckboy? Then no one fucking cares. If you are a female liver - you are irrelevant and you mean nothing. People coping how "old guards" have any kind of influence over the company and it would miss them if they leave are delusional to the extreme. If this tweet is related and it was really going on for more than 4 years, it's more likely that everyone at management knew about it and no one talked because the yab was sending them fresh nudes whenever someone went to his office.

But he isn't above them in the company's hierarchy and they would gain nothing if the company stopped working with him. There would be no free position that someone could take, or push their protege into it. His position isn't exclusive either, they do work with different people. And if your employee tell you the guy has been acting sus it's kind of your job to check if there is any weight to it, not them having to do private recording to show that he is indeed being a sexpest
